I facilitate a men's group for Queer/Gay guys in the Toronto area.
I would say the group offers something I feel is lacking in the gay community, and many may appreciate if they know this is available. A space for guys to feel safe and free to be themselves, show up and express whatever is going on in their life, among fellas all practicing listening with presence, reflecting with compassion, and exercising the depth-connection muscle so many of us have been robbed of.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, in Toronto.
It's a structured format, and not a social hang out.
Includes a meditation, movement/ecstatic dance, creative arts practices, all to help release ourselves from our restraints, and practice authenticity when we have our deeper shares with each other.
